We assist clients in all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Lease Agreements, Installment Sales or Lease-Purchase Agreements, Like-kind or tax-deferred exchanges, and, of course, title searches and closings.

We also handle commercial real estate transactions, in which you should always be prepared to expect the unexpected. Commercial transactions can be very complex and may deal with many issues that most residential closings do not include. Commercial closings are sometimes subject to UCC searches, surveys, water department certifications, governmental notices, appraisals, property inspection reports, environmental site assessments, estoppel certificates, rent rolls, and certificates of authority. We have the skills and experience, however, to see these through to yield our standard result: a smooth, stress-free as possible, closed transaction.
